Project Recipe
Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- card from Night of Navy Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" of light blue compasses on dark blue background design from Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper
- 2-1/4" x 3-1/2" from Whisper White Cardstock
Adhere the piece of Come Sail Away Designer Paper to the front of the Night of Navy card.
Pick out the blue lighthouse small card from the Come Sail Away Memories & More Card Pack. Adhere it to the front of the card so it is vertical on the horizontal card and is about 1/2" from the left side of the card and the top and bottom edges line up with the designer paper.
As you are ready to stamp using the High Tide Photopolymer Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.
Mount the "let hope...," "there's nothing little...," or "in high tide..." sentiment from the High Tide Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Night of Navy Ink Pad. Stamp it on one end of the white strip in the center. Leave room to punch the sentiment out.
Unlock the 2" Circle Punch. Hold it upside down so you can see the punching area. Slide the stamped sentiment into the punch and get it centered in the punching area. Punch.
Adhere the sentiment circle punch out to the front of the card so it overlaps the lighthouse Memories & More Card a bit on the lower right side.
Peel up a small dark blue compass sticker from one of the sheets in the Come Sail Away Memories & More Card Pack. Adhere it to the card front so it overlaps the bottom right side of the lighthouse and the lower left side of the sentiment circle punch out a bit.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up 1 tiny Blueberry Bushel rhinestone from a sheet of Noble Peacock Rhinestones making sure that you get the adhesive backing as well. Adhere it to the center of the small compass sticker.
