T his is a fun fold card from Stampin' Up!'s Alaska cruise in 2011.
Project Recipe
Fold 8" x 8" Hello Honey cardstock in half and crease with bone folder. Open and turn 90 degrees and fold in half again. Crease with bone folder. Open, then turn 45 degrees and fold in half matching the opposite corners. Score with bone folder to create a triangle. Open and bring the same two corners together with the folded edges coming to the center.
Layer two 3 3/4" x 3 3/4" pieces of Tangelo Twist cardstock with two pieces of 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" Whisper White cardstock. Adhere to the opposite corners of scored Hello Honey 8" x 8" cardstock.
Layer the 3 3/4" x 3 3/4" piece of Tangelo Twist cardstock to the 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" piece of Mossy Meadow cardstock. Wrap 24" piece of ribbon around folded card. Adhere Tangelo Twist and Mossy Meadow layer to the card front with dimensionals on all four corners.
Using the following Stampin' Up! markers color directly onto the Hey There Buds stamp: Tangelo Twist, Hello Honey and Mossy Meadow. Huff on inked stamp and stamp image onto 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" Whisper White cardstock. Color in petals of larger flowers again and stamp onto scrap of Whisper White cardstock. Cut out portions of the petals stamped on the scrap cardstock and adhere to the first stamped image with dimensionals. Using paper piercing tool punch a hole into the center of the 5 petal flower. Place candy dot brad into the hole and top with candy dot. Adhere stamped layer onto the card front.
