I have a friend going through a difficult time, this is the card I made for her. The Heart & Home paper is so pretty, just the thing when you are sending a special card.
Project Recipe
Card Base: Cut Cinnamon Cider 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Pale Papaya 4 X 5 ¼ .
Card Front: Cut Heart & Home print paper 3 ⅞ X 5 ⅛. Attach the print card front to the card mat. Attach these to the Cinnamon Cider card base.
From Very Vanilla, cut a tag from the Tailor Made Tags die set. Stamp sentiment with Cinnamon Cider ink on the tag. Cut 8” of the Crumb Cake Baker’s Twine. Fold the Baker’s Twine in half and attach to the tag. Separate the threads of the twine to give more fullness to the twine. Attach tag to the card front. Add a bumblebee trinket to the tag with a glue dot.
Card Insert: For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Very Vanilla 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp sentiment with Cinnamon Cider ink. Cut a strip of Heart & Home paper ½ X 5 ¼, and attach to the top of the card insert. Attach the card insert inside the card.
