S oft and pretty card using Stampin' Up! products.
Project Recipe
Cut cardstock pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- card from Peekaboo Peach Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Pear Pizzazz Cardstock
- 3-1/8" x 3-5/8" from Peekaboo Peach Cardstock
- 3" x 3-1/2" from Very Vanilla Cardstock
- 2" x 3-1/2" from Very Vanilla Cardstock
Place the Pear Pizzazz rectangle inside the Layered Leaves Embossing Folder. Place the folder with the card stock inside directly on your Big Shot Platform at the lowest possible setting. Place a Cutting Pad on top of the folder and run through the Big Shot.
VERY IMPORTANT: You are using only ONE Cutting Pad. If you try to use two, the sandwich will be too thick and you could damage the Big Shot.
Adhere the dry embossed Pear Pizzazz rectangle to the front of the Peekaboo Peach card.
Cut a 5-1/4" piece of Gold 3/8" Metallic-Edge Ribbon so that both ends are sharply angled.
Lay the ribbon horizontally across the center of the card front. Use a small strip of Tear & Tape Adhesive across the center of the ribbon to adhere the ribbon in place. Leave the protective backing on the Tear & Tape strip in place for now.
Mount the large flower bouquet image from the Heartfelt Blooms Set on Block E. Ink it up with the Peekaboo Peach Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the large vanilla rectangle.
Adhere the stamped flower image to the Peekaboo Peach rectangle.
Remove the protective backing from the Tear & Tape strip holding the ribbon in place on the front of the card. Put some SNAIL on the back of the Peekaboo Peach matted flower image. Adhere the matted flower image to the front of the card so it is centered and the large flower in the bouquet is on the bottom.
Carefully peel up a small glittery circle from a sheet of Glitter & Clear Epoxy Shapes making sure that you get the adhesive backing as well. Adhere it to the large flower on the bouquet near the center as a dew drop.
Mount the outline label with scroll work in the ends image from the Label Me Pretty Set on Block D. Ink it up by lightly pressing it to the Peekaboo Peach Ink Pad. If you press too hard, you will get ink in the open center area of the label which you do not want, so press lightly! Stamp in the center of the long strip of Very Vanilla Cardstock.
Mount the "for you" sentiment from the Happy Wishes Set on Block G. Ink it up with the Peekaboo Peach Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the stamped label image.
Unlock the Pretty Label Punch. Holding the punch upside down so you can see the punching area, slide the stamped sentiment label into the punch. Center the sentiment label in the punching area. Punch.
Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment label punch out to the card front so it overlaps the lower right corner of the matted flower image.
