Project Recipe
Cut cardstock pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- 5-1/2" square from Pumpkin Pie or Terracotta Tile Cardstock
- 1" x 2-1/4" from Old Olive Cardstock
Pick out the four-pointed box die from the Mini Curvy Keepsakes Box Dies. Put it on top of the square of Pumpkin Pie or Terracotta Tile Cardstock on a platform on your cutting and embossing tool. Run through the tool.
Use the brush tip of the same color of Marker to draw slightly curving lines on all four faces of the box cut out. Don't worry about the square base in the center.
Mount the jack o' lantern face image from the Harvest Hellos Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Memento Pad. Stamp it in the center of one of the box faces with the loop handle on top.
Fold on all score lines using the Bone Folder to help you get sharp, crisp folds.
Curl the four points a bit by running them over the edge of the Bone Folder.
Fold the two points with the handle on top in to the middle so the handles meet and stick up. Fold one of the points with a slit in it up and over the top of the handles and slide the handles through the slit. Fill the box with candy or treats. Fold the other point with a slit in it up and over the top of the handles and slide the handles through the slit.
Mount the "You Make Me Smile!" or "Hey There, Pumpkin!" sentiment from the Harvest Hellos Set on Block G. Ink it up with the Memento Pad. Stamp it in the center of the Old Olive strip.
Pick out the skinny tag die from the Ornate Frames Dies. Put it on top of the stamped sentiment on a platform on your cutting and embossing tool so the sentiment is centered. Run through the tool.
Cut a 3" piece of either the Crumb Cake or Mint Macaron Nature's Twine.
Thread the tag onto the twine.
Tie the tag onto the handle of the box using a knot in the twine. Trim the ends. Fray the ends of the twine.
