Start out by cutting all cardstock and DSP according to the sizes listed above. Use the Tasteful Labels Die to cut two pieces of the Highland Heather cardstock.
Layer all DSP onto cardstock then add both layers to the card base.
Punch out balloons using the Balloon Bouquet Punch and Marbelous DSP.
Cut ONE of the Tasteful Labels in half and stamp the greeting.
Adhere the largest part of the label to the front.
Adhere the balloons using foam sheets. (I prefer these over the Dimensionals because they provide a solid and uniform layer).
Attach the twine to the bottom of the balloons using mini glue dots. Adhere the twine to the bottom of the card using Mini Glue Dots.
Add the part of the punched label with the greeting on it to the front of the card with Liquid Glue, being careful to line the label up.
Use the twine to create a double bow and adhere it card front using a Mini Glue Dot.
Add Holiday Rhinestones.
