R eaching that special birthday certainly deserves a special card! My friend was about to celebrate her 70th birthday so I wanted to create her greeting with lots of love and glitter! The number dies and the words used are from retired sets that I just had to keep in my stash. I really like how the "old" and the "new" combined to greet this special friend.
Project Recipe
When cutting this Bloomin' Heart from Silver Glimmer Paper, it will cut easier if the silver side is on the bottom. Use the precision base plate with the magnetic plate and run the template through the Big Shot 3 - 4 times.
After the design is cut, use the brush kit for the big shot to remove all the intricate pieces. If you still have an old style stamp set case, it works awesome to store the brush kit. When using the brush kit, leave the foam in the case and the small pieces will be contained.
Use the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to place the words in the proper location. Use the liquid glue to adhere the heart and numbers. Use glue dots to adhere the small pink flowers.
