W atercolor Technique with Stampin' Write Markers
Project Recipe
Card Stock:
Rich Razzleberry--4 1/4" x 11" scored at 5 1/2"
Very Vanilla--4" x 5 1/4" (inside), 1 3/4" x 2 1/2"
Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper--4" x 5 1/4"
Peony Garden DSP--4" x 5 1/4"
Card Front:
With Scalloped die from Magnolia Memory Dies, die cut a small piece from both short ends. These two pieces will be used on the inside of the card. Adhere to the card front.
Stamp the smaller Very Vanilla with Rich Razzleberry and punch with Rectangular Postage Stamp Punch, set aside.
Place the large Magnolia Stamp on the Stampartus, place the Fluid 100 paper and attach down with magnets.
Color the lines for the leaf images with Spaded Spruce Stampin' Write marker, use side of the largest tip.
Color the lines for the flower with Rich Razzleberry and the center with Blackberry Bliss.
Spritz with water the Fluid 100 paper.
Spritz with water the colored stamp, being careful not to get to soaking with water.
Stamp and watch the magic.
Let dry, then die cut image and adhere with Stampin' dimensional to the DSP.
Adhere the stamped sentiment.
Inside:
Adhere the two small pieces of DSP to the short ends of Very Vanilla and adhere to the inside of the card.
