Cut Sweet Sugarplum 8 1/2 X 11 paper in half to make card base
Cut Whisper white 4 X 5 1/4
cut ice cream cone from Soft Suede using cone shape in Wish Big Framelits
Attach Washi tape at bottom of white piece
Adhere cone shape above washi tape
Emboss white piece with Sparkle embossing folder
Cut ice cream from glimmer paper
Attach ice cream to card front with dimensionals
Attach card front to card base
Stamp greeting with Sugarplum ink on Whisper White paper
Cut out banner framelit
attach greeting to washi tape on card front
