Project Recipe
Cuts:
Granny Apple Green card base at 8-1/2 x 5-1/2, scored at 4-1/4. Fold on the score line and burnish with your bone folder.
Gorgeous Grape cardstock at 3-3/4 x 5, and 1/8 x 5-1/2.
Bermuda Bay cardstock scrap at about 2 x 3/4.
Basic White at 4-1/2 x 3-1/2, 3-5/8 x 4-7/8, and scrap at about 1-3/4 x 3/4.
You will cut the front white piece after stamping.
Die cut the white scrap with the Stylish Shapes smallest banner. Stamp greeting in Bermuda Bay ink.
Stamp the Bermuda Bay spray in approximately the middle of the Basic White front layer. Repeat this step on Masking Paper. Carefully cut out the mask as close to the image as possible. Lay the mask over the first image you stamped.
Stamp the Bermuda Bay image on the inside piece as desired, as well as the bottom left hand corner of your envelope. Adhere the inside white piece and add the Gorgeous Grape strip to the bottom as shown in the sample.
Stamp the Gorgeous Grape images as shown in the sample, over the top of the mask. Repeat this step with the Granny Apple Green on the leaves, trying to avoid the Gorgeous Grape areas. Fill in any missed portions with the Stampin' Write Markers if necessary.
Cut this into three pieces at 1-1/2 x 3-1/2 each.
Place the left and right portions on the Gorgeous Grape layer, leaving equal borders on the outside edges. Adhere them down, and repeat with the middle piece.
Adhere this layer to the Granny Apple Green card base leaving equal borders on all four sides.
Adhere the greeting to the Bermuda Bay piece, and cut the ends to match the banner ends. Place dimensionals on the back and adhere to the card front.
Optional: Add a ribbon, bow or other embellishments to the card as desired.
