Project Recipe
1 - piece of card stock 6" X 9 3/4"
1 - piece DSP 2 2/3" x 2 3/4"
1 - Punch, tag or decoration of your choice
On the 9 3/4" side score: 1 1/2" 4 1/2" 6" and 9"
On the 6: side score: 1 1/2" and 4 1/2"
With the 6" side and the 3/4" score across the top cut away the outside two sections that are 1.5" X 3/4". Right below those two sections are 1.5" x 3" sections, cut them away also. The rest of the cutting will be up to the first score line and wedging away small sections of the square tabs only. See pattern photo you will end up with a shape like the white pattern ONLY.
The top 3/4" section is the flap you will tuck in to close the box, round the 2 corners or wedge them in. Then cut in to the first score line between the rest of the tabs. Then wedge in ONLY on the 4 small section, keeping the large rectangles as is. You will want to wedge in on both sides of each small tab and the cut away 1/2" from the length of each of the 4 small tabs. The 3" x 3" section at the top will be your lid, decorate it now.
