Project Recipe
Score all four side of (3) 3-7/8" x 2" Night of Navy Shutter flaps.
Clip away center portion, along long side, of top of each flap.
Clip tabs, along long side, of bottom of each flap.
Adhere 2-1/2" x 1-1/8" DSP strips to the front and back sides of the center panel of each shutter flap with Stampin' Seal.
Adhere top tabs of first shutter flap to top corners of 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" Night of Navy Shutter Base with liquid glue.
Place second shutter flap so cut out portion sits below edge of first shutter and adhere top tabs of second shutter flap to Shutter Base with liquid glue.
You don't want a large gap between the shutters, but you also don't want them to be snug for best functionality.
Place third shutter flap so cut out portion sits below edge of second shutter and adhere top tabs of second shutter flap to Shutter Base with liquid glue.
Die-cut 2nd smallest label from 3-1/2" x 5-1/2" Basic White cardstock with Countryside Corners Dies.
Stamp border with Countryside Corners stamp set with Misty Moonlight ink.
Stamp sentiment from Sentimental park stamp set with Balmy Blue ink.
Adhere to shutter base between panels one and two with liquid glue.
Die-cut flower from scrap of Misty Moonlight cardstock with Sentimental Park Dies and adhere to label with liquid glue.
Die-cut 2nd smallest label from 3-1/2" x 5-1/2" Basic White cardstock with Countryside Corners Dies.
Stamp border with Countryside Corners stamp set with Misty Moonlight ink.
Stamp sentiment from Sentimental park stamp set with Balmy Blue ink.
Adhere to shutter base between panels two and three with liquid glue.
Die-cut 2nd smallest label from 3-1/2" x 5-1/2" Basic White cardstock with Countryside Corners Dies.

Adhere to shutter base between panels one and two with liquid glue.
Die-cut flower from scrap of Textured Shimmer paper with Sentimental Park Dies and adhere to label with liquid glue.
Layer (2) 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" Night of Navy cardstock pieces together and carefully cut a 5/8" frame.
Add texture to one frame with Countryside Blossoms embossing Folder.
Adhere frames together with liquid glue.
Fold bottom tabs on each shutter panel up and adhere back side of each tab to frame with liquid glue.
Die-cut banner from scrap of Night of Navy cardstock with Countryside Corners Dies.
Fold banner in half and then wrap around top of frame. Adhere in place with liquid glue to create a pull tab.
Die-cut flowers from scraps of Textured Shimmer paper, Misty Moonlight cardstock, Basic White cardstock, Balmy Blue cardstock, and Night of Navy cardstock with Sentimental Park Dies.
Adhere flowers to top and bottom shutters with liquid glue.
Die-cut smallest label from remaining Basic White cardstock with Countryside Corners Dies.
Stamp border from Countryside Corners stamp set with Misty Moonlight ink and then adhere to center panel with liquid glue.
Die-cut flowers from scraps of Textured Shimmer paper, Misty Moonlight cardstock, Basic White cardstock, and Night of Navy cardstock with Sentimental Park Dies.
Adhere flowers to center shutter with liquid glue.
