I can't believe the STUNNING results when I use the Evergreen Forest 3D embossing folder on silver foil!!! Adding a die cut tree with one of the Pine Woods Dies makes a gorgeous (but quick to make) Christmas card!
Project Recipe
Cut a piece of Silver Foil 4-3/4" x 3-7/8". Position the tree from Pine Woods Dies near the right and bottom edges of the foil, and die cut the tree. Run this through the embossing machine in the Evergreen Forest 3D embossing folder. Use multipurpose liquid glue to adhere a 2-1/4" x 3-1/2" of Balmy Blue Glimmer paper below the cutout.
Glue the silver layer to a 4-15/16" x 4-1/16" piece of Basic Black cardstock. Lay a 6" piece of Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon across the card front, fold the ends to the back and attach with glue dots. Tie a bow with another piece of ribbon, and attach with a glue dot.
Glue the card front to a 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" piece of Misty Moonlight cardstock, scored at 4-1/4". Stamp the sentiment in Memento black ink, and die cut with the smallest of the Stitched Rectangle Dies. Attach to the card with Dimensionals.
