M ake a cute box using the envelope punch board! Step by step instructions for the box included! 4 cards fit inside 2 designs/2 of each.
Project Recipe
Line up a 9"x9" square piece of cardstock at the 3 1/2" line of the Envelope Punch Board ruler. Score the line on the right side of the punch board and punch the notch into the cardstock.
Then line up at the 4 1/2" mark on the Envelope Punch Board ruler. Score the line on the right side of the punch board and punch the notch into the cardstock. Turn to the opposite side and repeat the Steps 1 & 2.
Rotate to the next side. Line up the score lines to the pointer on the punch board. Punch and score your lines. Move to the next score line and repeat. Turn your cardstock to the opposite side and repeat this step.
You will have notches on each of the four corners to cut out. Carefully follow the score lines and where they intersect.
This is what your project should look like at this point. Feel free to stamp any images on the outside part of the cardstock. Fold each score line inward for easy assembly on the next step.
Place Tear & Tape at the edges of the inside parts of the envelope. Carefully line up the bottom piece and adhere the sides to the bottom.
Use a belly band or a slit in the box to close your box. I used a belly band on the finished card box and an exacto knife to cut the slit to tuck in the top on the instructions.
