Project Recipe
Using Paper Trimmer, cut blushing bride cardstock to 5 1/2 x 8 1/2.
Using the Paper Trimmer or Simply Scored board,
Score at 4 1/4 on the horizontal side. Match up corners and fold the card. Use bone folder to get a perfect crease.
Cut 2 pieces of Basic gray cardstock measuring 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 and 2 3/4 x 3 3/4
and
Cut Whisper White 2 1/2 x 3 1/2
Cut "A little foxy" DSP (the piece with gray hearts) 4 x 5 1/4
Using Big Shot, cut out "love" in basic black and 2 butterflies in blushing bride.
Using Clear block "D" or "E" and "Lots of Love" stamp set, Stamp elephant/mouse towards the bottom/center using memento ink on the 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 whisper white. Right above the mouse stamp "you" also in memento ink.
Using Watercolor pencils and blender pen, color and shade as you feel is needed. I find coloring and then using the blender pen makes the best look.
Note: we are not using watercolor paper, so careful on how much water you use.
Adhere using multipurpose glue or snail, the whisper white to basic gray and DSP to basic gray.
Adhere basic gray/hearts from DSP to side of the card. Shown in the picture
Using dimensionals, attach 5 to basic gray/elephant as shown in picture.
Using glue dots, attach butterflies and "love" as shown in the picture.
Last, apply pearl gemstones to both butterflies and the corner of the card.
I use the paper piercing tool to remove the gems. It works like a charm!!
And Done. Thanks!!
