E legant Eggplant & Always Artichoke combines to make a beautiful Christmas Pines card!
Project Recipe
Dimensions:
Elegant Eggplant card base: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored & folded at 4 1/4"
Always Artichoke layer: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8" - need 2
Very Vanilla layer: 3 3/4" x 5"- need 2
Always Artichoke for pine branch: scrap at least 1" x 3 1/2"
Very Vanilla for pinecone: scrap at least 1 1/2" x 1 1/2"
Adhere Always Artichoke layers inside and on card front with SNAIL.
Tear the bottom of both vanilla layers.
Stamp pine branches in upper left corner and along sides of both vanilla layers with Always Artichoke ink.
Stamp greeting in lower right corner with Elegant Eggplant.
Sponge edges with Elegant Eggplant ink.
Wrap two separate pieces of Copper Metallic Thread around lower middle of vanilla layer, attaching the ends on the back side with tape.
Adhere to card front with SNAIL.
Cut Always Artichoke scrap with middle-sized pine branch thinlet.
Adhere to card front over stamped pine branches with a glue dot.
Ink a baby wipe first with Pear Pizzazz ink in open dots as shown.
Fill in around the first dots of ink with dots of Wisteria Wonder.
Ink pinecone stamp with the babywipe inkpad you created.
Stamp on vanilla scrap.
Cut out with the pinecone framelit that has the lines to make raised flaps.
Paint edges with Gold Wink of Stella.
Adhere pinecone just under the pine branch with a dimensional.
Tap the brush end of the Gold Wink of Stella on its' lid to splatter gold over card front. and the stamped pinecone.
Adhere a mini pinecone beside the top of the first pinecone with a glue dot.
Stamp vanilla layer with pine branches and a baby wipe-inked pinecone.
Stamp sentiment with Elegant Eggplant ink.
Sponge edges with Elegant Eggplant ink.
Adhere inside card with SNAIL.
Tap Gold Wink of Stella on edge of its' lid to splatter gold droplets over layer.
Stamp and sponge vanilla envelope to match the card.
