Project Recipe
Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- card from Dapper Denim Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 2-1/2" x 5" from Tranquil Tide Cardstock
- 2-3/8" x 4-7/8" of layered green, vanilla, and blue points design from Eastern Palace Specialty Designer Series Paper, cut so the points are pointing upward and are vertical
- 1-5/8" x 3-5/8" from Tranquil Tide Cardstock
- 1-1/2" x 3-1/2" of wavy vanilla lines on dark green background design from Eastern Palace Specialty Designer Series Paper, cut so the wavy lines are vertical
- 2-1/4" square from Dapper Denim Cardstock
- 2" square from Tranquil Tide Cardstock
Adhere the large rectangle of Eastern Palace Specialty Designer Series Paper to the large rectangle of Tranquil Tide Cardstock.
Adhere the small rectangle of Eastern Palace Specialty Designer Series Paper to the small rectangle of Tranquil Tide Cardstock.
Cut a 2-1/2" piece of Gold 1/8" Ribbon.
Lay the ribbon across the left end of the small matted designer paper piece. Flip the cardstock over and fold the ends of the ribbon over. Adhere the ends of the ribbon in place with pieces of Tear & Tape Adhesive. Leave the protective backing on the Tear & Tape Adhesive in place for now.
WITHOUT adhering, lay the large rectangle of matted designer paper on the left side of the card front. WITHOUT adhering, lay the small rectangle of matted designer paper on the card front about 1-1/2" from the top and about 1/8" in from the right edge.
Mount the "thank you" sentiment from the Eastern Beauty Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Dapper Denim Ink Pad. Stamp it on the card front about 1/4" below the matted small strip of designer paper so it is centered between the large matted strip of designer paper and the right edge of the card.
Mount the small s scroll image from the Eastern Beauty Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Dapper Denim Ink Pad. Stamp it right below the sentiment on the card front.
Adhere the large matted piece of designer paper to the left side of the card front.
Remove the protective backing from the Tear & Tape strips and add more SNAIL to the back of the small strip of matted designer paper. Adhere it to the card front so the ribbon is on the left side.
Pick out the large, open, scrollwork square thinlit from the Eastern Medallions Thinlits. Place the Dapper Denim square on the Cutting Pad on top of the Platform on the Big Shot. Place the scrollwork square thinlit on top. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Pick out the slightly smaller scrollwork square with a circle opening in the center thinlit from the Eastern Medallions Thinlits. Place the Tranquil Tide square on the Cutting Pad on top of the Platform on the Big Shot. Place the scrollwork square with circle opening thinlit on top. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Use Paper Snips to cut the small bits of cardstock around the center on all four sides to release the cut out.
Mount the small circle created by tiny dots image from the Eastern Beauty Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Dapper Denim Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the Tranquil Tide small scrollwork square.
Carefully peel up one of the medium sized circle images from a sheet of Eastern Gold Vinyl Stickers. Adhere it inside the circle image stamped on the Tranquil Tide scrollwork square.
Adhere the smaller Tranquil Tide scrollwork square to the center of the Dapper Denim scrollwork square.
Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the matted scrollwork squares to the card front so they are centered over the small strip of designer paper and over the right edge of the large strip of designer paper.
Carefully peel up a large Dapper Denim circle from a sheet of Glitter Enamel Dots making sure that you get the adhesive backing as well. Adhere it to the center of the vinyl sticker circle.
Cut a 2-1/2" piece of Gold 1/8" Ribbon.
Slide one end of the ribbon under the ribbon already on the card front. Tie in place with a half knot. Trim the ends.
