Project Recipe
On a piece of whisper white card measuring 20cm x 9cm, randomly stamp the daffodil from the "In Every Season" stamp set using memento ink. Colour in using stampin blends - old olive, pumpkin pie, daffodil delight. Stamp another daffodil onto a small piece of card, colour it in and cut it out.
Using the "splatter" stamp from the "Beauty Abounds" stamp set, stamp splatters all across the card in both daffodil delight ink and pumpkin pie ink.
Stick this stamped whisper white card to a mat of daffodil delight cardstock measuring 9.5cm x 20.5cm. Use the large letter framelits to cut the word "EASTER" from the 2 layers, ensuring you retain the centre pieces from the "A" and the "R". Sponge the edges of the letters with pumpkin pie ink and a sponge dauber.
Tie a length of braised linen thread around the bottom of the layered card and then adhere this to a DL card base. Stick the letters in place with mini dimensionals. Add some glue to the centre pieces from the "A" and "R" and push them in place inset in the centre of the letters.
Finish by attaching the individual daffodil to the front underneath the knotted thread, raising the flower head with a dimensional.
