A fun card that uses up your hoarded DSP
Project Recipe
Requirements:
- 11" x 4⅞" piece of DSP
- 5⅞" x 4⅛ cardstock for base
- 3⅝" x 5¼" cardstock for inner card
- A piece of ribbon to tie around the DSP
- Scraps of card to decorate
Fold the DSP in half and then fold down a bit on top.
There are no specific measurements for this fold, approximately 1½".
Tie a piece of ribbon all the way around the DSP and then stick it down onto the card base. (The ribbon is holding the DSP together - no adhesive is applied to the inside of the DSP).
Stamp your greeting on the top of the inner card and stick the little piece of leftover DSP to the bottom.
This will then slide into your DSP sleeve.
Punch out 3 balloons (1 large and 2 small) and a background shape to stick them onto.
Glue a glue dot onto the back of each balloon and stick a piece of twine onto it.
Stick the balloons onto your background shape using dimensionals.
Use another glue dot to gather the strings together and glue a bow over the strings.
