M ake a very simple Pleated card.
Project Recipe
Cut all Cardstock and Designer Series Paper.
Whisper White Cardstock
4 1/4" x 5 1/2" =Card base
1 3/4" x 1 3/4"= Square to stamp on.
Designer Series Paper
3 1/2" x 3 1/2"
Mounting the blocks:
Block A-Pollen Seed stamp
Block B-the full flower outline stamp
Block C-The petals stamp
Block D-Hello sentiment.
All of these stamps are in the Jars of Love Stamp Set.
Using the Sweet Sugarplum Stampin' Ink. Start with the full flower and work light to dark. Ink up the stamp, taking a scrap piece of paper, stamp on the scrap then without re-inking stamp to the small whisper white square. You should have a light image.
Then take the petal stamp. Stamp full strength on top of the flower image. Then the pollen seeds are full strength.
Then stamp the "Hello" above the flower. Set aside.
Take out the Simply Scored Scoring Tool and find the 6" mark. Before placing your paper down. Take your statlaus and score down near the middle. Place your paper in a diamond stance. Place one point at the 6" mark and the other point at the end of the stalus. Making sure your points on the diamond are lining up with 6".
Score at 6 1/4", 6 1/2", 6 3/4" and 7". Turn the DSP 180 degrees and repeat on the other side.
Then fold mountain and valley. Till you come to the middle and have a 2" square.
Run a strip of Snail Adhesive down the middle of the DSP and adhere to the card. Take 2 dimensionals, place 1 under each triangle that forms the 2" square. Then adhere the stamped square in the middle of the 2" square.
Now you are done!
