Cut a 4" x 5 1/4" piece for the shirt.
Note: If using double sided paper and you want the pattern for the collar to be same as the front of your shirt, you will need to cut a larger piece of paper. 4" x 5 7/8".
Using a score board, make sure the long side of the paper is across the top like in the photo. Score from the 5/8" mark down.
NOTE: If you are using double sided DSP and the pattern on the back side won't work, score an addition score line at 1 1/4". (see photo)
Next use some adhesive on the back of the first 5/8” score line and fold over to the next score line. See photo.
Next at the 5/8” score line, cut in 1” at each end.
Next fold the top points of each collar to the center to form the collar of the shirt.
