Project Recipe
Cut card stock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- card from Crushed Curry Card Stock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" of small white sunburst dots on Crushed Curry background design from Festive Birthday Designer Series Paper
- 3-1/2" square from Whisper White Card Stock
- 2-3/4" square from Marina Mist Card Stock
- 2" x 2-1/2" from Crushed Curry Card Stock
Cut three pieces of Night of Navy Solid Baker's Twine each 5" long.
Lay the twine pieces across the center of the designer paper so they cross each other and the ends fan out on either side. Make sure the top piece is about 2" from the top. Place a strip of Tear & Tape Adhesive over the center of the pieces to hold them in place. Flip the designer paper over and fold the ends of the twine over. Adhere them in place with pieces of Tear & Tape Adhesive across the ends.
Adhere the designer paper to the front of the Crushed Curry card.
Pick out the scalloped circle framelit from the Layering Circles Framelits that cuts out a scalloped circle that is 3" in diameter. Place the white square on top of a Cutting Pad on the Magnetic Platform on your Big Shot. Place the scalloped circle framelit on top. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Place the scalloped circle back on the Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform. Place the scalloped circle framelit back on top of it and rotate it slightly so the points at the bottom of each scallop on the framelit will cut into one of the scallops on the card stock. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot. You should have a starburst circle now.
Adhere the starburst circle over the center of the twine pieces on the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Mount the man's t-shirt outline image from the Custom Tee Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Night of Navy Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the Marina Mist rectangle.
Mount the "one in a million" image on Block A. Ink it up with the Night of Navy Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the t-shirt image.
Mount the set of wavy lines image on Block G. Ink it up with the Night of Navy Ink Pad. Stamp it across the bottom of the t-shirt image.
Pick out the man's t-shirt framelit from the T-shirt Builder Framelits. Place the stamped t-shirt image on the Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the t-shirt framelit on top so it is centered over the stamped image. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Adhere the t-shirt cut out to the center of the white starburst.
Mount the "#1" image on Block A. Ink it up with the Night of Navy Ink Pad. Stamp it on one end of the Crushed Curry strip.
Unlock the Medium Star Punch and hold it upside down so you can see the punching area. Slide the stamped #1 image into the punch and center it in the punching area. Punch.
Use the side of the brush tip of the Night of Navy Marker to outline the edges of the star punch out.
Adhere the star to the lower left side of the starburst at a slight angle.
