L ove this bundle of Trees For Sale and the FREE Sale-A-Bration Tree Lot dies. I also used the FREE Gold and Silver DSP on this card. I cannot get enough of this camper.
Project Recipe
Cut Orchid Oasis Cardstock to 8-1/2 x 5-1/2, score at 4-1/4. Fold and Burnish on the score line.
Cut a Basic White piece to 3-5/8 x 4-7/8 for the inside of the card.
Cut Silver DSP to 3 x 5-1/2 , 4-5/8 x 1/8, and 1-1/4 x 5-1/2. Die cut the medium size piece with the Curvy Dies to create a snow bank.
With the Blending Brush and Starry Sky ink, fill in a bit of color to the Silver Foil DSP to make the sky look a bit cloudy. Repeat this step on the narrow strip for the card inside. Adhere this strip to the card inside piece at the top to give the appearance of falling snow. You may glue the piece inside the card.
Adhere the largest DSP piece to the card, leaving equal borders on top and bottom. Place dimensionals on the curvy snow bank piece and set aside.
Die cut the Large Tree out of Mossy Meadow scrap, the small tree out of Pear Pizzazz scrap, and the medium tree out of Old Olive scrap.
Use a Blending Brush to add a bit of Mossy Meadow ink to a piece of Old Olive scrap that is large enough to make the top layer of the largest tree. Die cut the Largest top layer tree out of this scrap, then cut the smallest top tree layer out of Old Olive, and the medium tree top layer out of Mossy Meadow. Adhere the trees together with liquid glue. Adhere the trees to the card as shown in the sample.
Peel the backs off the dimensionals, and adhere the curved snow bank toward the bottom of the card, leaving about 1/2" border on the bottom.
Die cut the main part of the camper out of Basic White scrap and the layers out of Starry Sky scraps, including the curtain.
Use the Blending Brush to add a bit of color to the camper so it doesn't fade into the snow bank. Adhere a small scrap of Window Sheet to cover the windows on the back of the camper.
Use the Light Balmy Blue Stampin' Blend to add a bit of color to a small scrap of Basic White to simulate reflected glass in the window. Adhere to the back of the camper behind the Window Sheet.
Use a Black Stampin' Blend or Stampin' Write Marker to color in the tire and hitch. Free hand cut a small circle of Silver Foil from scrap for the hubcap. I used a retired Owl Builder Punch. Glue the hubcap on and then you can attach the Starry Sky layers to the camper. Flat mount it to the lifted snow drift.
Stamp the greeting on a scrap of Basic White about 3/4 x 2-1/2, and use the Blending Brush to add a bit of Starry Sky to the greeting. Pop it up on dimensionals and adhere as shown in the sample.
For the envelope, I stamped the small snowflakes second generation with Starry Sky ink.
