Project Recipe
Cutting instructions:
Whisper White cardstock cut to 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
Rich Razzleberry cardstock cut to 4 1/8" x 5 3/8"
Shimmery White cardstock cut to 4" x 5 1/4"
Cut out the Rich Razzleberry cardstock sentiment using your Big Shot and the Congrats die from the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits dies from the middle of the card front panel. Set the sentiment aside.
Adhere the Rich Razzleberry front panel to the Whisper White card front.
Stamp the flower design on to the Shimmery White cardstock using the Smoky Slate ink and the flower stamp from the Blended Seasons stamp set.
Make a "mask" using a small post it note and the flower design stamp set by only stamping a small portion of the upper right hand flower on to the post it note.
Cut out along the outer edge of the flower design that was stamped onto the post it note with your paper snips.
Place the cut out post it note on the outer edge of the flower aligning the post it note to the stamped edge of the flower to protect it from getting ink on the flower when you stamp the leaf.
Stamp the leaf design onto the card front using Smoky Slate ink and the leaf stamp from the Blended Seasons stamp set.
Remove post it note mask.
Color the stamped floral image using Watercolor pencils and the Aqua Painters. For my card, I used Rich Razzleberry, Granny Apple Green and Old Olive watercolor pencils.
Adhere the sentiment to the left hand side of the card front using small amounts of liquid glue.
Adhere the sequins to various locations of the card front using the Metallics Sequin Assortment or the Basic Adhesive Backed Sequins.
