Ink: Mint Macaron, Highland Heather
Other: Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine, Scalloped Contours, Paper Trimmer, Bone Folder, ½” Grosgrain Highland Heather Ribbon, Pastel Pearls, Glue Dots, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Dimensionals
1. The base of the card is Highland Heather cardstock cut at 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” and scored at 2-1/8” and 6-3/8” to form a gate fold. (or score at 2-1/8” at both ends). Use the Bone Folder to crease the score lines.
2. Use the third largest Scalloped Contour Dies to die-cut three Highland Heather scalloped rectangles.
3. Cut Basic White cardstock at 1-15/16” x 3-1/4” and cut two of the Hand-Penned DSP the same.
4. Adhere the DSP to two of the scalloped rectangles.
5. Ink up the stem-leave flower outline image stamp with Mint Macaron. Stamp it on the Basic White rectangle. Ink up the solid flower image with Highland Heather ink and stamp on the flower images (it is abstract so it won’t match up perfectly.)
6. Use the largest Scalloped Contour Die to die-cut Basic White for the inside of the card. Ink up the outline stamp with Highland Heather, if you wish.
7. Only adhere one-third of each of the two rectangles with adhesive and put one at the top and one at the bottom having the adhesive on opposite sides.
8. For the top rectangle with the flower, add Dimensionals to the top one-third so that the bottom hangs down (no adhesive at the bottom of it).
9. Add the Highland Heather ribbon and add a Glue Dot to attach to the stem.
10. Add three Pastel Pearls. (You should always use an odd number).
