Project Recipe
Starting with a 12x12 sheet of cardstock, cut at 11 inches and 4 1/4 inches for your card base.
Score the card base at 2 inches, 7 1/4 inches and 73/8 inches. The larger portion folds down for the card front and the 2 inch piece folds up for the card bottom which will be used for the pocket.
Using the envelop punch board, line up your 2 inch portion at the 1 inch line and punch and flip the card stock to repeat so as to create your 2 "lips" on the pocket portion. This will be where your top piece will hook into the bottom to create the closed card.
Cut a strip of designer series paper that is 1 inch wide and 6 inches in length. Adhere this strip to the front of the card on the 2 inch piece, wrap the remaining pieces on each end around the card and adhere. This will create the pocket of your card.
Cut a 3 inch by 4 inch piece of designer series paper and adhere that to the top front of the card, above the notches you punched previously.
Stamp your coffee cup and lid, and sentiment of your choice and adhere to the card, using dimensionals to have it pop off the card.
