S oft, pretty thank you card using Stampin' Up! products.
Project Recipe
Cut cardstock pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- card from Pear Pizzazz Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Calypso Coral Cardstock
- 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" from Blushing Bride Cardstock
- 3-1/4" square from Blushing Bride Cardstock
- 3-1/4" square from So Saffron Cardstock
- 3-1/4" square from Pear Pizzazz Cardstock
- 3-1/4" square from Calypso Coral Cardstock
- 1" x 3" from Pear Pizzazz Cardstock
- scrap of Pear Pizzazz Cardstock
Mount the 4-petal flower image from the Christmas Quilt Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Blushing Bride Ink Pad. Stamp it multiple times in a diagonal line from the upper left corner to the bottom right corner on the large Blushing Bride rectangle. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time.
Adhere the stamped Blushing Bride layer to the large Calypso Coral rectangle.
Cut a 6" piece of Calypso Coral 1/8" Sheer Ribbon.
Lay the ribbon piece across the matted Blushing Bride/Calypso Coral layers so it is about 1/2" from the left edge. Flip the layers over and fold the ends of the ribbon over. Adhere the ends of the ribbon in place with pieces of Tear & Tape Adhesive.
Remove the protective backing from the Tear & Tape strips and add more SNAIL to the back of the cardstock. Adhere the layer to the front of the Pear Pizzazz card.
Pick out the large open square framelit from the Quilt Builder Framelits. Place the Blushing Bride square on the Cutting Pad on top of the Platform on the Big Shot. Place the square framelit on top. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Keep out the large open square framelit. Pick out the quilted flower square framelit from the Quilt Builder Framelits. Place the So Saffron square on the Cutting Pad on top of the Platform on the Big Shot. Place the large open square framelit on top. Place the quilted flower square framelit inside the open square framelit so it is centered. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot a couple of times. Use the Die Brush and Paper-Piercing Tool to remove pieces. Keep all the pieces!

Place the So Saffron quilted flower square outline cut out upside down on one side of a Silicone Craft Sheet. Cut a Stamping Sponge into quarters and clamp the triangle edge of one quarter in a large binder clip. Squeeze a small amount of Multipurpose Liquid Glue on one corner of the Silicone Craft Sheet. Dab the sponge into the glue and then lightly onto the back of the quilted flower square outline cut out. Flip the quilted flower square outline cut out over and adhere it to the Blushing Bride square so it is centered.
Lay the So Saffron/Blushing Bride quilted flower square in front of you. Without adhering them, lay cut out pieces from the So Saffron, Calypso Coral, and Pear Pizzazz quilted flower squares into the square like a puzzle until you are happy with the arrangement. Leave some areas with the Blushing Bride color showing through. When you are happy with the arrangement, pick up the pieces one at a time and put SNAIL Adhesive on the back and place them back inside the outline.
Once all the pieces are adhered, place the quilted flower square into the Quilt Top Embossing Folder. Place the folder with the card stock inside on top of a Cutting Pad on your Big Shot Platform at the lowest possible setting. Place another Cutting Pad on top of the folder and run through the Big Shot.
Adhere the quilted flower square to the front of the card so it is about 1/4" in from the right side of the Blushing Bride layer.
Pick out the tiny flower framelit from the Quilt Builder Framelits. Place the scrap of Pear Pizzazz Cardstock on the Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the tiny flower framelit on top. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot. Use the Die Brush and Paper-Piercing Tool to remove pieces.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the tiny flower cut out to the center of the quilted flower square.
Add a Blushing Bride, Calypso Coral, or So Saffron small circle from the Subtles Enamel Shapes to the center of the flower.
Mount the "thank you" sentiment from the All Things Thanks Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Calypso Coral Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the Pear Pizzazz strip.
Pick out the long, single, open banner framelit from the Bunch of Banners Framelits. Place the stamped sentiment on a Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on your Big Shot. Place the banner framelit on top so the sentiment is slightly to the right side. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Poke out the banner with the sentiment and keep it. Also use the Paper-Piercing Tool to poke out the outline banner that is probably stuck inside the framelit, remove it, and throw it away. If you don't remove it, then you will have trouble cutting with this framelit the next time you use it.
Cut off the left edge of the sentiment banner using Paper Snips or the Stampin' Trimmer.
Adhere the sentiment to the card front so the left edge is hidden under the ribbon and it overlaps the quilted flower square a bit in the upper left corner.
Cut a 6" piece of Calypso Coral 1/8" Sheer Ribbon. Tie it in a small bow. Trim the ends. Adhere the bow to the ribbon on the card front using a Mini Glue Dot so it is in the upper left corner of the sentiment banner.
