C hristmas in July is the perfect time to work on those Christmas project and get a head start on the cards for the holidays. The perfect thing about Perfectly Plaid is you could easily swap out the sentiments and you have a card for any occasion. The trees can are adorable. In this months projects I am furnishing you with the tree die cuts. You can stamp on them, use them alone. Or just use the card bases for another project. Its up to you, but I hope you enjoy my projects this month and it jump starts your holiday crafting this summer.
Project Recipe
1, Sahara Sand 8 1/2 in x 5 1/2 in folded in half at 4 1/4 in vertically.
2. Three Scallop Circles DSP (the circle and scallop are taped together) are positioned staggered on Sahara Sand 4 in x 5 1/4 ran thru Stitched Greenery die. Place white twice behind each circle going to top of embossed cover and tape to back side, so these circles look like hanging ornaments. Then secure this embossed sheet to card base.
3. Stamp Tree of choice on tree cut outs, place tree with dimensionals over each scallop.
4. Stamp HoHoHo over Sahara Sand label. Secure piece of Evening Evergreen Ribbon to back of label and trim to desired length. Secure to front of card.
1. Basic White 8 1/2 in x 5 1/2 in folded in half horizontally.
2. Place 3 in x 5 1/4 in dot embossed basic white at top of card.
3. Pace hill cut out on lower edge of card. (this is cut out with border dies and is 2 in x 5 1/4 in prior to cutting)
4. Basic White tree die cuts are stamped with Gray Granite (1 tree is stamped with 2nd generation stamping). These trees are layered on hill.
5. Stamp sentiment on Basic white tag with grey granite. Grey granite twine placed thru hole in tag. Apply to lower end of card front with dimensional.
