A 6" x 4" Christmas Card featuring the Light & Peace Stamp Set from the Autumn/Winter 2019 Catalogue, Watercolor Pencils & Aqua Painters.
Project Recipe
Take a piece of Highland Heather Cardstock measuring 8" x 6" and with the 8" edge at the top of your Stampin' Trimmer or Simply Score Board score down at the 4" mark.
Fold the scoreline and burnish with a bone folder.
Take a piece of Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper measuring 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" and using Jet Black Stazon Ink, stamp the Angel from the Light & Peace Stamp Set.
Using Watercolor Pencils, colour the Angel as shown. Using an Aqua Painter, paint over the pencil marks to turn them into watercolor.
I used:-
Daffodil Delight, Early Espresso & Whisper White from the Watercolor Pencils Pack.
Balmy Blue, Crushed Curry & Flirty Flamingo from the Watercolor Pencils Assortment 2 Pack.
With the Highland Heather card base laying landscape, stamp the 'Light & Peace' sentiment to the right hand side of the card using Stazon Ink.
To build your card, attach the stamped and coloured image to a piece of Smoky Slate Cardstock measuring 2 5/8" x 3 5/8" using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Attach this to the left hand side of the card with Stampin' Dimensionals, about 1/2" from the left hand edge.
Your card is now complete - sit back and admire your handiwork.
