NOTE: Always put the Stampin' Pierce mat under your card stock when stamping with Photopolymer stamps to achieve a well-stamped image.
Project Recipe
Dimensions:
Basic Black card base: 4 1/4" x 11", scored & folded at 5 1/2"
Pool Party: 4" x 5 1/4" - need two
Whisper White inside layer: 3 3/4" x 5"
Basic Black for chalkboard: 4" x 5"
Flirty Flamingo for arrow: 3" x 3" - need two
2016-2018 In Color Envelope Paper to line envelope: 2 1/4" x 5 5/8"
Emboss one Pool Party layer with the Polka Dot folder. Adhere to card front with SNAIL.
Adhere remaining Pool Party layer inside card with SNAIL.
Rub black card stock with Embossing Buddy.
Stamp marquee image with Versamark.
Sprinkle with white powder. Heat with Heat Tool.
Stamp "IT'S YOUR" with Versamark inside center of marquee. Stamp "Birthday!" with Versamark inside bottom of marquee. Sprinkle both with white powder. Heat with Heat Tool.
Cut around outside edges of completed marquee with Paper Snips.
Adhere to card front with dimensionals.
Stamp arrow on both Flirty Flamingo pieces with black ink.
Cut with Paper Snips.
Adhere over embossed arrow with dimensionals.
Add shine to the circle (light bulbs) by touching the tip of the Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to each circle.
Stamp inside white layer with "PARTY LIKE A ROCK STAR!" and sparkles with black ink.
Adhere inside card with SNAIL.
Add second Flirty Flamingo arrow with dimensionals.
Add shine to centers of sparkles and "bulbs" on arrow with Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush.
Punch one end of 2 1/4” x 5 5/8”” of DSP with Gift Bag Punch Board, lining up the edge of the paper with the “Start” line on the board before punching. Flip paper end-over-end and line up the opposite side of the paper with the “Start” line before punching again. Adhere inside envelope just below the glue line using a line of SNAIL ONLY along the top edge of the liner. Fold envelope flap down to crease the liner and push it farther down into the envelope. Stamp the envelope to match your card and you are done!
