here's nothing more elegant than black and white....with a touch of gold! Great for a birthday card created using one of the thinlits from the Window Shopping Bundle!

Project Recipe
Card base: Cut Basic Black Card Stock - 5-1/2" x 8-1/2” - fold in 1/2 to create standard card size of 5-1/2" x 4-1/4"
1st layer: Cut Basic Black Card Stock - 5-1/4" x 4"
- use Birthday Candle Thinlit with the Big Shot and the Magnetic Platform to cut the thinlit 3 times to make a total of 15 candles
- use the Big Shot Die Brush to remove the tiny cut out pieces
Flames: Cut Daffodil Delight Card Stock - 3/4" x 4-1/2"
Candles: Cut Whisper White Card Stock - 1-1/2" x 4-1/2"
On the back side of 1st layer, use Snail Adhesive around the flames cut out - attach Daffodil Delight card stock over the candles - attach Whisper White card stock over the candles
Ribbon: Attach Silver 1/8" Ribbon below the candles using Glue Dots - tie a faux bow
Greeting: Use Embossing Buddy on Basic Black Card Stock, stamp with greeting from Window Shopping Stamp Set with Versamark Ink, sprinkle with Silver Embossing Powder, melt with the Heat Tool - punch out with the Classic Label Punch - attach over the ribbon with Glue Dots
Inside layer: Cut Whisper White Card Stock - 5-1/4" x 4" - use Basic Black Archival Ink to stamp greeting from Window Shopping Stamp Set - attach inside the card base using Snail Adhesive
