A simple yet totally beautiful card.
Project Recipe
Using 2.5" circle punch punch out the bottom right hand corner leaving about a 1cm gap on both the bottom and the side. Put this piece away for another project.
Using another piece of card stock punch out the same size circle. The card stock will now become the template you use to stamp so the stamping all gets done inside the 'mask'.
Using the 2 largest circle dies, create the glitter circle frame.
i used some scraps of the In Colour DSP that i had in my scraps draw for the little flags at the side of the glitter frame and also some velum.
I stamped out the small circle flower with Smoky
slate, the 2 little butterflies in Sweet Sugar plum and the border along the bottom in Smoky Slate.
Using the 'mask' that you punched the circle out of in step 1.....layer this onto the inside of the card and line it up with the circle on the outside of the card. Now use some sticky notes or washy tape to hold the 'mask' in place on the inside panel of the card while you do your stamping.
I stamped the main picture of the flowers in Smoky Slate and then used the water colour brushes to finish off the colouring of the stems and flowers.
Using the emerald envy i stamped the fern.
Stamp the butterflies and the small flower on spare cardstock and using the punches punch them out.
Same with the small circle flower.
Lay everything out and when you are happy with the layout do ahead and stick it all in place using your favourite medium.
Remember to stamp your chosen sentiment on the front.
