T his pretty paper needs so little to make a beautiful Christmas card. The matching ornament punch is all you need to complete the card.
Project Recipe
Card Base: Cut Night of Navy 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Copper foil paper 4 X 5 ¼. Punch ornament from copper foil as far into the mat as you can. Emboss the punched ornament with embossing folder from Wrapped in Texture embossing folder.
Card Front: Cut ornament print paper 3 7/8 X 5 ⅛, I used paper from Brightly Gleaming paper pack. Attach card front to copper card mat. Attach these to the Navy card base.
Cut vellum from the 2nd largest die in the Stitched Nested dies. Cut Very Vanilla from the 2rd largest die in the Stitched Nested dies. Stamp sentiment at the lower edge of the Very Vanilla die cut piece.
Attach the stamped Very Vanilla die cut piece to the Vellum die cut piece. Attach this piece to the card front. Attach embossed copper foil punch out ornament above stamped sentiment with Stampin dimensionals.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Whisper White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
