Insert the square into the Paper Trimmer, lining up the 1" mark on the cutting grove and the 1 1/4" mark on the same cutting grove. Cut the paper at a diagonal along the line that connects the two pencil marks.
Adhere the slightly larger piece of cut designer paper to the lower portion of the white layer with SNAIL.
Stamp "congratulations!" from Big News along the top edge of the designer paper layer with Lost Lagoon ink.
Add the remaining piece of designer paper to the top portion of the white layer with SNAIL.
Adhere ends of ribbon to the back side of layer, lining up the ribbon with the cut diagonal edge of the bottom designer layer with SNAIL.
Tie ribbon in a knot, trimming ends with scissors.
Adhere white layer to card front with SNAIL.

Cut 3” x 6” of DSP with largest Envelope Liner Thinlet. Adhere inside envelope just below the glue line using a line of SNAIL ONLY along the top edge of the liner.
