S oft Pastels pairing with Blending Brushes
Project Recipe
Measurements:
Gorgeous Grape--5 1/2" x 8 1/2", tiny scrap
Basic White--3 5/8" x 4 7/8" (2), 1" x 2 1/2"
Pattern Play DSP--4" x 5 1/4"
On the Basic White stamp the image with Tuxedo Memento Black Ink, then the grass, birds and cloud line.
With Granny Apple Green Soft Pastel, fill in the flowers/grass using Blender Pen spread the chalk evenly.
Gorgeous Grape color the dress, spread the chalk evenly with Blender Pen.
Mango Melody color the hair with Soft Pastel and spread the chalk evenly with the Blender Pen.
With the Coastal Cabana Ink Pad and Blending Brush apply some ink, start off the cardstock in circular motions to fill in the background. Same technique is used to apply highlights of Highland Heather and then Polished Pink.
Add 3 Pastel Pearls.
Adhere to the DSP.
With The Light Highland Heather Stampin' Blend color the crinkled ribbon and tie around the DSP panel.
Die cut the tag from the Basic White, add the reinforcement that was die cut from Gorgeous Grape, stamp the sentiment with Highland Heather and die to the ribbon with a piece of white Embroidery Thread or bakers twine.
Adhere these to the card front using adhesive of your choice.
Inside:
Die cut the Basic White with Basic Border Dies, adhere to the inside leaving a small space to show off the card base.
