Take two clear blocks and on one ink up the block itself with a blue ink of your choice (I used Balmy Blue) and then with the other block ink it up with a light brown ink of choice (I used Sahara Sand). Lay the Whisper White cardstock on a flat surface with Grid Paper underneath/ Then take a wet baby wipe get the blue ink on the wipe and then run it across the top of the cardstock. Repeat this with the brown ink, but run across the bottom of the cardstock. You will now have your sky and sand/beach

Using a deep yellow (I used Crushed Curry) ink up the sun on a scrap piece of Whisper White cardstock and then fussy cut the image out. Once cut place on the card with Stampin' Dimensionals. Then adhere this to the embossed layer using Snail Adhesive at a slight angle (in the opposite direction of the embossed layer)
On a scrap piece of Whisper White cardstock stamp the sentiment (I used the Waterfront stamp set) using light brown ink (I used Crumb Cake) and cut out (I used Ornate Frames Dies)
Cut out a larger matching layer to the sentiment cut out in a light brown cardstock (I used Crumb Cake) and adhere the sentiment to the top of it.
Take two pieces of ribbon cut about 4 1/4 in length and fray the ends (I used the Braided Burlap Trim). Adhere near the bottom of the card
Take sentiment and adhere on top of the ribbon using Stampin' Dimensionals
