- 2 pieces each 1-3/8" x 3-7/8" from Adhesive Sheets
- 1" x 5" from Basic White Cardstock
- 3/4" x 2" from Granny Apple Green Cardstock
Insert the large light turquoise Dandy Designs Designer Paper rectangle into the Merry Melody 3D Embossing Folder so the designer paper is horizontal. Use the line printed on the front flap of the folder to make sure it is lined up straight. Place the folder with the designer paper inside on the platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine and run through the machine.
Adhere the dry embossed designer paper to the center of the Coastal Cabana rectangle and then to the front of the Bermuda Bay card.
Peel the protective backing off of one of the Adhesive Sheets rectangles. Adhere the Adhesive Sheets rectangle to one side of the Bermuda Bay rectangle. Be sure to leave the other protective backing in place for now.
Pick out the guitar die from the Rugged Icons Dies. Put it on top of the Bermuda Bay rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the Bermuda Bay (dark blue) side is face up. Run through the machine. Use the paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces. KEEP ALL THE PIECES OF THE GUITAR! Leave the die out.
Peel the protective backing off of the other Adhesive Sheets rectangle. Adhere the Adhesive Sheets rectangle to the back side of the dotted Dandy Designs Designer Paper rectangle. Be sure to leave the other protective backing in place for now.
Put the guitar die on top of the designer paper rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the designer paper side is face up. Run through the machine. Use the paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces. KEEP ALL THE PIECES OF THE GUITAR!
As you are ready to stamp using the Alphabest Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.
Mount the open, solid line outline label image from the Alphabest Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Coastal Cabana Ink Pad. Stamp it 7 times vertically down the horizontal white strip. . Remember to re-ink the stamp each time and leave some space between each image to punch it out.
One at a time, mount the letters "y," "u," "r," "c," "k," and "o" from the Alphabest Set on Block A. Ink them up with the Bermuda Bay Ink Pad and stamp them each inside one of the open vertical label images. Stamp the "o" again in one of the open vertical label images.
Unlock the Best Label Punch. Hold the punch upside down so you can see the punching area. One at a time, slide the stamped letter labels into the opened Best Label Punch and get them centered in the punching area. Punch until you have them all punched out. You made need to trim off excess cardstock as you go along.
WITHOUT ADHERING, lay the punched out letter labels on the card front to spell out "you" and "rock" in two lines on the right side of the card in the center and the two guitar outlines on the left side of the card so the two guitars overlap slightly with the dotted outline guitar on the bottom to figure out spacing and placement.
When happy with the placement of the pieces, adhere the letter label punch outs in place one at a time using Stampin' Seal.
Carefully remove the protective backing from the dotted guitar outline cut out and adhere it in place. Carefully remove the protective backings from the solid Bermuda Bay guitar body and neck cut outs and adhere them inside the dotted outline guitar.
Carefully remove the protective backing from the Bermuda Bay outline cut out and adhere it in place so it overlaps the left side of the other guitar a bit. Carefully remove the protective backings from the solid dotted designer paper guitar body and neck cut outs and adhere them inside the Bermuda Bay outline guitar.
Pick out both of the small star dies from the Conversation Bubbles Dies. Put them on top of the Granny Apple Green rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Make sure the dies do NOT overlap. Leave room to cut out a third star. Run through the machine. Use the paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces as needed. Repeat with one of the star dies and the rest of the Granny Apple Green cardstock so you have 3 small star cut outs.
Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere the small star cut outs to the front of the card as shown.
