Attach DSP and Poppy Parade layer to Petal Pink card base.
Using Stampin' embossing buddy wipe over water colour paper. Stamp Snowflakes onto water colour paper using Versamark ink. Add white embossing powder and tap off, heat with heat tool.
Place drops of Petal Pink reinker and Poppy Parade reinker onto one of the clear blocks.
Using your aqua painter brush start with lighter coloured ink and squeeze some water onto the ink and mix with aqua painter. Brush over parts of the heat embossed image. Load up your aqua painter with the darker ink and brush over other parts of the embossed image.
When images are dry, die cut the snowflakes using the dies and your cut/emboss machine.
Attach your snowflakes to your card front using Multipurpose Tombow glue.
Stamp your sentiment using Poppy Parade ink. Using the layering circle dies die cut your sentiment out and a piece of Poppy Parade card stock with a slightly bigger circle die.
Attach some Simply elegant trim to the back of the circle sentiment, add a couple of dimentionals and attach to card front.
Finish off your card by adding some Festive Pearls to the centres of the snowflakes and one to the sentiment panel.
