Adhere the coordinating strip of Delightfully Eclectic Designer Paper to the bottom half of the stamped vanilla or white rectangle so the left, bottom, and right edges are all even.
Adhere the stamped cardstock/designer paper layer to the center of the coordinating 4" x 5-1/4" cardstock rectangle.
Cut a 5-3/4" piece of coordinating ribbon.
Lay the ribbon across the layered cardstock/designer paper rectangle so it covers the seam between the pieces. Fold the ends of the ribbon over and secure the ribbon in place on the back with strips of Tear & Tape Adhesive.
Remove the protective backings from the Tear & Tape pieces and add Stampin' Seal to the back of the rectangle. Adhere the rectangle to the front of the coordinating color card.
Pick out the more solid "celebrate" die from the Wanted To Say Dies. Put it on top of the 1-1/4" x 3-1/2" rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine. Use the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces as needed.

Carefully remove the protective backing from the back of the detailed "celebrate" cut out. Adhere it to the center of the more solid "celebrate" cut out.
Use Mini Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the layered "celebrate" cut out to the front of the card so it is centered over the ribbon on the right side with about 3/4" between the right edge of the word and the right edge of the card.
Cut a 3-1/2" piece of the same coordinating ribbon.
Tie a half knot in the center of the ribbon. Trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the ribbon knot to the front of the card at a slight angle so it is centered over the ribbon between the left side of the " celebrate" cut out and the left side of the card.
