T his is a quick and easy fun fold card that will surely bring holiday cheer to the receiver!
Project Recipe
Materials:
Card Base (Basic White): 10 1/8" x 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4", 5 3/4", 7 1/4", 8 3/4"
Designer Series Paper (Reindeer Days):
Pattern # 1 (3x) 1 3/8" x 5 3/8" (one of these pieces will be trimmed down to 1 1/8" x 5 3/8")
Designer Series Paper (Reindeer Days): Pattern #2 (1x) 1 3/8" x 5 3/8"
Burnish all score lines folding each in toward the middle of the card.
Turn the card base over, orienting the folded panels to the right. (Back side of the card facing up)
Adhere the DSP panels to the card base in this order (as shown).
First small panel: DSP pattern #1
Second small panel: DSP pattern #2
Third small panel: DSP pattern #1
Fourth small panel: Leave blank
Leave the fourth small panel blank as shown.
Turn the card base over, orienting the small panels to the left.
Trim the last DSP panel down to 1 1/8" x 5 3/8".
Adhere panel to the far right side of the card base as shown
Fold small panels (on the left side) in half so that the blank panel and one of the DSP panels are showing. (see picture).
Add adhesive to the blank panel.
Holding these panels down, fold the right side of card base to the left, covering these panels.
Press down to adhere.
Once the panels are adhered, open the card to create the tower on the left hand side.
Decorate the front panel of the tower, and the right side of the card base (optional) as shown in original photo.
Stamp a sentiment on the inside next to the fold (optional).
Embellish!
Card will fold in half (press down on the front panel) to go in the envelope!
