se the punch to create a 3D tulip. Learn a sponge technique.
Great beginner project
Project Recipe
Cut pieces.
Whisper White card base - 4 1/4" x 11"
Rococo Rose DSP 4 1/8" x 5 3/8"
Whisper White 4 1/2" x 3 1/2" (to stamp image)
Whisper White 2" scrap (to stamp tulip and 2 petals)
Stamp images onto the 4 1/2" x 3 1/2" piece. Stamp a larger tulip image onto the scrap using Rococo Rose and punch it out with the Tulip Punch. Then punch out two leaves from the WW cardstock. Using a sponge and Rococo Rose Ink, tint the edges of the leaves, then place the widest part to the bottom of the stamped tulip, using mini dimensionals to pop them up.
After all the stamping and images have been attached to the 4 1/2" x 3 1/2", wrap a piece of the Rococo Scalloped Linen Ribbon and make a simple knot, trim the ends into a slant.
Adhere the Rococo Rose DSP onto the front of the card base. Then using dimensionals, adhere the stamped image at an angle ontop of the DSP.
