I
love the angled cut to show the DSP and a touch of gold! The gold embossing for Thank You is a perfect match for the tiny gold heart in the centre of the punched flower!
I'm pleased that Lisa Curcio posted it on Pinterest and that Jenn Tinline shared it in her newsletter!
Project Recipe
Card base: Cut Very Vanilla Card Stock - 5-1/2" x 8-1/2” - fold in 1/2 to create standard card size of 5-1/2" x 4-1/4"
For the angled cut, on the front side, start 3/4" in from the edge and cut at desired angle - cut this strip off using Paper Snips
Rub the Embossing Buddy on the front of the card base - use Versamark to stamp greeting from So Very Much Stamp Set - sprinkle Gold Embossing Powder over stamped area - melt with heat tool
1st layer: Cut DSP 1" x 4-1/4" - use Snail Adhesive to attach behind the angled cut edge
2nd layer: Cut Gold Foil 3/4" x 5" - use Snail Adhesive to attach behind angled cut edge - use Paper Snips to trim bottom edge to match bottom edge of card base
Use Petite Petals Punch to punch out 2 flowers - use Glue Dots to attach together and to attach to the front of the card base
Use Confetti Hearts Border Punch to punch out small hearts from Gold Foil - use Liquid Glue to attach to centre of flower
