I created this card for my Technique Thursday class. This tutorial is based off the card in the center. All of them are by and large the same.
Project Recipe
Dimensions:
• 8½" x 5½" Garden Green cardstock scored at 4¼" and 6⅜"
• 5¼" x 4" So Saffron cardstock
• 4" x 3" Basic Black cardstock
• 1⅜" x 1" Basic Black cardstock
• 2¾" x 3¾" Basic White cardstock
• 5⅛" x 1⅞" Designer Series Paper (I used Love You Always)
• Scraps of Basic White cardstock
Glue the DSP to the top panel.
Adhere the So Saffron to the bottom panel.
Using dotted stamp from the Brushed Blooms stamp set and So Saffron ink, create a background on the Basic White cardstock by stamping off then stamping the cardstock.
Using black ink stamp "Happy Birthday" over the background.
Stamp the small rose onto scraps of white cardstock using Polished Pink ink. Cut them out using the Beautiful Brushstrokes Dies.
Using the leaf stamp, stamp the cardstock twice below where you will add the flowers.
Adhere the white cardstock to the black mat.
Using Dimensionals adhere the roses on top of the stamped leaves.
Adhere the layers to the top panel by gluing just the top portion.
Stamp the rose bud twice onto scrap white cardstock and cut them out using the coordinating dies.
Stamp the leaves onto Mossy Meadow cardstock using Garden Green ink. Cut them out using the coordinating die.
Layer the rosebuds and leaves onto small Black cardstock using mini dimensionals. You might have to cut them in half.
Adhere layers to the So Saffron cardstock so that the card stands up like an easel.
