Create a Copper Clay card base and add these layers to the front:

-Basic White cut 4" x 5 1/4"

-Boho Blue cut 3 3/4" x 5"

-Night of Navy cut 3 1/2" x 4 3/4"

-Patterned Paper cut 3 1/4" x 4 1/2"

Die cut the letters from patterned paper and add them to the white die cut piece. Add three embellishments.

Cut two flags from patterned paper and add behind the banner sentiment.

Add the banner sentiment to the card front with dimensionals.
