Project Recipe
Card measurements:
Card base Night of Navy 10.5cm x 29.7cm
Scored at 7.4cm and 14.8cm.
Front panel Night of Navy 10.5cm x 14.8cm
Front panel Silver foil 10cm x 14.3cm
Insert DSP panel 10cm x 14.3cm
DSP stopper piece 9.5cm x 4.5cm
Basic White stopper layer 7.5cm x3cm
3 Spotlight on Nature circle dies, sizes of your choice. I used one of the largest ones and cut some of the Take to the Sky DSP. The other 2 I cut in Basic White card stock.
Emboss your silver foil piece using the Metal Plate 3D embossing folder.
Adhere the embossed foil to the Night of Navy front panel piece of card stock.
Fold your score lines on the card base.
Adhere the piece of DSP to the card base as an insert.
Die cut the bi-plane from the Take to the Sky bundle in co-ordinating card stock to match the DSP that you are using. (I chose Copper Clay and Basic Black card stock).
Adhere the largest Spotlight on Nature circle die cut from the DSP to the silver foil panel.
Adhere the wings of the bi-plane to the body of the bi-plane and attach it to the circle using dimensionals.
Adhere the DSP insert panel to the card base.
Stamp your sentiments using Night of Navy ink, one on to the smallest circular die and one onto the sentiment panel for the stopper piece.
Attach the circular sentiment to the card front panel using dimensionals.
Adhere the stamped sentiment to the DSP stopper panel. Then attach the stopper panel to the card base using dimensionals.
Adhere the middle sized circular die to the inside insert panel of DSP so you can write your greeting to the person you are giving the card to.
Adhere the front panel to the scored 7.4cm x 10.5cm bottom part of your card base using glue.
Finish your card with Metallic Gems to embellish the card.
