Stamp "Happy Birthday" using Rose Red ink.
Using the big shot, cut sweet and cupcake using cupcake cutouts dies.
Cut rose red scalloped circle and white circle using Layering Circles dies.
Emboss sweet sugarplum using Seaside folder.
Cut sentiment using Classic Label punch.
Assemble card.
