W e will be using the July 2020 Summer Nights Paper Pumpkin kit and add on to create this unique fun tuck and fold card.
Project Recipe
Cut Whisper White Card base to 5 1/2 by 6 1/2 and score on the long side at 4 1//4.
Cut a second piece of Whisper White to 3 1/2 by 3 1/2 and score at 3/4 " on one side.
Cut 2 pieces of DSP to:
2 wide by 5 1/4 " tall
2 1/2 wide by 3 1/4 tall
Cut Coordinating card stock:
2 1/8 wide by 5 3/8 tall
2 5/8 wide by 3 3/8 tall
Die Cut Coordinating DSP or card stock label that is abut 2 - 3 inches wide.
Die cut a coordinating piece of Whisper White card stock that can layer on top of the larger die cut piece.
Adhere your DSP to the coordinating card stock pieces.
Adhere the layered card stock to the coordinating Whisper White pieces.
Apply Tear N Tape to the backside of the 3/4 by 3 1/2 Whisper White flap. Remove the release paper and adhere to the center back of the card base.
Optional: If using a pre-printed envelope as your DSP, attach the "left over" flap to the lower left corner of the card base.
Tip: Be sure that this piece is small enough that it can not be seen when the card is closed.
Stamp a sentiment in coordinating ink on the smaller whisper white die cut.
If you are going to stamp a sentiment or greeting on the inside of your card, do it before you assemble. Be sure that your stamping can not be seen when the card is closed.
Adhere the stamped sentiment to the coordinating die cut DSP.
Apply mini dimensionals to the back left side of the layered sentiment piece.
Tip: Be sure to stay to the far left, so that your flap has room to tuck in.
Adhere the layered sentiment piece to the left center of the card base.
Tuck the DSP layered flap between the DSP layered card base front and the layered sentiment piece.
