Create a Parakeet Party card base.

To the front add Coastal Cabana cardstock cut 4 1/8" x 5 3/8".

Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4".

Use blending brushes to add color--Balmy blue at the top third and Pool Party on the remainder.

Stamp all the images.

Add the piece to the card front.

If desired die cut and emboss a cloud and add to the front with embellishments.

Finish the card with a sentiment.
