Cut Call Me Clover Cardstock (CS) at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2".
Put left edge of short side of CS at 1" and cut from 3-1/4" down to 7-1/2". Move CS over to 4-1/2" and again cut from 3-1/4" down to 7-1/2".
Turn the CS so long side is at the top. Put left edge at 3-1/4" and using the score blade, score down to 1". Shift left edge of CS over to 6-1/2" and score down to 1". Shift the left edge of CS over to 7-1/2" and score down to 1". Flip the CS so the other long side is at the top and do this entire step 3 on the other side.
Keep the long side of the CS at the top and put the left edge of CS at 4-1/4. Score from 1" down to 4-1/2"
Fold on each of the score lines.
Run "Happy St Patrick's Day" from the Word Wishes dies through the die cutting machine with Gold Foil. Adhere to the front of the card with the Fine Tip Glue Pen.
Punch two black flowers and one gold foil flower using the Small Bloom Punch. Use Paper Snips to turn one of the five petals into a stem creating a four leaf clover. Pop up the clovers with a Stampin' Dimensional and adhere to the card.
Cut Black CS at 3/4" x 5-1/4" and adhere to the card making a "hat band."
Cut a 3/4" square from Gold Foil. Then use a 1" square punch to end up with a 1/4" square buckle. Adhere to the hat band.
Cut 3" x 5-1/4" Whisper White CS and adhere inside the card.
