- 1-3/4" x 3" from Calypso Coral Cardstock

Mount the grouping of tiny, scattered hearts, stars, and flowers image from the Birthday Backgrounds Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Daffodil Delight Ink Pad. Stamp it randomly all over the 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" white rectangle. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time. Rotate the stamp a little each time and stamp so some of the images go off the edges. Clean the stamp with the Simply Shammy and/or Stampin' Mist and Stampin' Scrub, but leave the stamp on the block.

Adhere the orange strip of Birthday Bonanza Designer Paper to the left side of the Bermuda Bay Cardstock strip so about 1/16" of blue shows along the left edge.
Adhere the yellow strip of Birthday Bonanza Designer Paper to the right side of the Bermuda Bay Cardstock strip so about 1/16" of blue shows along the right edge.
Adhere the blue strip of Birthday Bonanza Designer Paper to the center of the Bermuda Bay Cardstock strip so it overlaps the orange and yellow strips a bit.
Wrap some Bermuda Bay Twine from the Metalic Baker's Twine and Sequins Combo Pack around the bottom of the matted designer paper strips 5 times so they are tightly gathered at the right side and spread out a bit on the left side and are about 1/4" from the bottom edge. Secure the ends on the back using Tear & Tape Adhesive.
Add some SNAIL to the back of the Bermuda Bay strip and remove the protective backings from the Tear & Tape Adhesive. Adhere the matted strips with twine attached to the left side of the stamped white rectangle so about 1/4" of white shows on the left edge.
Adhere the white rectangle to the large Calypso Coral rectangle and then to the front of the Grapefruit Grove card.
Mount the "This Calls For Confetti!" sentiment from the So Sentimental Set on Block C. Ink up only the words "This Calls For" using the brush tip of the Grapefruit Grove Marker. Ink up the individual letters in the word "Confetti!" using the brush tips of the Grapefruit Grove, Daffodil Delight, Calypso Coral, and Bermuda Bay Markers, alternating the colors used. Breathe on the stamp to moisten the ink. Stamp the sentiment in the center of the small white rectangle.
Pick out the stitched, scalloped rectangle die from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies that cuts out a scalloped rectangle that is 1-3/16" x 2-1/4". Put it on top of the stamped sentiment on a platform on your cutting and embossing tool so the sentiment is centered. Run through the tool.
Pick out the stitched, scalloped rectangle die from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies that cuts out a scalloped rectangle that is 1-5/8" x 2-3/4". Put it on top of the small Calypso Coral rectangle on a platform on your cutting and embossing tool. Run through the tool.
Adhere the sentiment rectangle cut out to the center of the Calypso Coral rectangle cut out.
Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the matted sentiment rectangles to the front of the card so they are centered over the twine top to bottom and are about 3/8" from the right side.
Use the putty tip of the Take Your Pick to pick out a large Bermuda Bay sequin from the Metallic Baker's Twine & Sequins Combo Pack. Press the bottom of the sequin to a Mini Glue Dot on the roll of glue dots. If needed, squish the sides of the glue dot in so they are not sticking out over the edges of the sequin. Then, adhere the sequin to the front of the card in the lower right corner of the matted white sentiment rectangle.
Use the putty tip of the Take Your Pick to pick out 6 more different colors and sizes of sequins from the Metallic Baker's Twine & Sequins Combo Pack. Press the bottoms of the sequins to a Mini Glue Dot on the roll of glue dots. As needed, squish the sides of the glue dot in so they are not sticking out over the edges of the sequin. Then, adhere the sequins randomly to the front of the card on the right side above the matted sentiment rectangles.
Pick out 3 silver candles from the Candle Embellishments. Remove the protective backings from the adhesives on the backs of the candles and adhere them to the card front so they are sticking out of the top of the left side of the matted sentiment rectangles and overlap the designer paper strips.
Cut a 16" piece of the Bermuda Bay Twine from the Metallic Baker's Twine & Sequins Combo Pack.
Fold the twine in half. Tie the folded twine around the twine on the card front just to the left of the matted sentiment rectangles using a small bow. Trim the ends of the twine bow.
